SpaceWalk of Honor is a brick-paved walkway, which offers everyone an opportunity to
be forever recognized as a supporter of America's space program. SpaceWalk
encircles the reflective ponds adjacent to the Space Mirror Memorial and near
the exciting exhibits and memorabilia displayed at the Visitor's Complex.
It includes the names of those who put Americans into space, on the moon and
beyond - as well as individuals like you, who have been fascinated by America's
space effort. We have sections for the general public, Grumman employees
and RCA employees.
Your participation on SpaceWalk benefits the educational programs of The
Astronauts Memorial Foundation and the NASA Alumni League, Florida Chapter.
For a minimum contribution of $75, each SpaceWalk participant receives:
- Name inscription on a SpaceWalk brick (approximately 4"x8"),
permanently placed on the SpaceWalk of Honor walkway at the Kennedy Space
Center.
- Official Certificate of Participation, numbered and suitable for framing.
- Recognition on The Astronauts Memorial Foundation's web site at: (http://www.amfcse.org/spacewalk.htm)
- Optional 50 word message in the SpaceWalk participant database with detail
about the participant.
