TEACHERS: BRING THE NASA ARTEMIS MISSION
TO YOUR CLASSROOM TODAY!
The Astronauts Memorial Foundation is excited to share its own custom produced video, which was created to educate students about the Artemis Mission and the upcoming historic Artemis II launch in March, 2026. All of the content in the video is tied to Florida State Standards, and all of the presenters are educators that provide STEM Engagement experiences to students at the Kennedy Space Center.
The video is 20 minutes in length, and is broken down into 4 sections that are each approximately 5 minutes. The sections include an (1) Artemis Overview, (2) Meet the Astronauts, (3) Forces of Spaceflight, and (4) Living on the Moon. The video may be shown in one sitting, or teachers can opt to show a 5 minute section over 4 days. We have also included a link to a downloadable PDF featuring questions that can be used as “Bell Ringers”.
You and your students can access this video now. WE SIMPLY ASK THAT YOU COMPLETE THE BRIEF FORM BELOW SO WE CAN TRACK STUDENT ENGAGEMENT. Once you do that, we will make arrangements for a REAL ASTRONAUT to give your class a “VIDEO SHOUT OUT” for completing the video.
