Jack Kirschenbaum is a Brevard County-based senior partner in the GrayRobinson law firm. He has more than 40 years of courtroom experience in civil litigation and has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers in the area of general litigation. Jack focuses his practice on small business litigation, contract disputes, family law and alternative dispute resolution, and is certified as a Florida Supreme Court Civil Circuit and Family Law Mediator. In addition, he handles matters of eminent domain, inverse condemnation for both property owners and business owners, and represents television stations, newspapers and media outlets in First Amendment and media law matters.  


Jack was born in Miami, Florida and relocated to Brevard County in 1958 when his father sought business opportunities as a result of the Space Race centered in Cape Canaveral.  


He graduated from Satellite High School and then from the University of Florida where he earned his undergraduate and law school degrees. Upon graduation in 1977, Jack joined the law firm of Wolfe Kirschenbaum in Cocoa Beach, which merged with GrayRobinson in 1990.


Jack serves on the Board of Directors for Ron Jon Surf Shop of Florida, is a Trustee of the Newseum Institute in Washington, D.C., serves as legal counsel for Keep Brevard Beautiful and Brevard Cultural Alliance and founded Doctors, Lawyers, Weekend Warriors Surf Festival, an annual event devoted to raising money for children’s causes and organizations.


Jack is married to Diane and they have three children.
